The Hilton Garden Inn Muscat Al Khuwair is a notable example of modern architectural design that harmoniously integrates elements of Omani culture. This seven-story hotel, occupying a 1.6-hectare plot, features 232 guest rooms and incorporates contemporary design alongside traditional motifs.
The façade is clad in fluted and plain Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) panels in soothing colors, exemplifying effective GRC utilization in new construction projects. The construction process emphasized sustainability and functionality, resulting in a structure that respects its surroundings while providing modern amenities.
